The caffe-ria was initially conceived as a 4m x 2.5m kiosk located in a busy place with people passing by such as a shopping center or motorway services areas. Located in a shopping center like Milton Keynes which annually attracts about 25 million shoppers, it has more than satisfactory results.

The caffe-ria will serve coffees enriched with creams, espresso, cappuccinos, latte macchiato. The pastry offers will be of Sicilian origin where the main line will be made up of cannoli and cassata. Finally, the main product will be the arancina served with various fillings

The Caffer ~ ria will be a takeaway will have no seats and a drive through will be provided in the service areas of the motorways.
